Just to tell you all just won my appeal for dla scored zero at my atos assesment but have just been awarded lower rate care and lower rate mobility back dated from february this year till feb 2012 this was a unanimous decision.The appeal panel were very understanding and kind and i am over the moon with the result.Was speaking to a member of staff there who told me 75% of cases there are being turned round on appeal and that they are not happy with the atos doctors and that from next year they are going to do the medicals at the tribunal site using only english doctors.well have agood weekend and remember NO SURRENDER
