Yes it should not of hapened and they admit i was not made aware that shuch interview was takin place, and i stil stand by what i say that it was decitfull and underhand

My own view is that a WFI has no validity if the claimant is unaware that they have attended a WFI.

The purpose of a WFI isn't just so that JCP can fill-in their paperwork; it should allow the claimant to voice any concerns or difficulties that he has with regards to returning to work. In theory, it is supposed to be for the benefit of the claimant. How can a claimant raise these concerns if he is led to believe the meeting is about a complaint?

I would feel extremely offended and patronised if it happened to me. I think you are quite right to feel that you have been deceived.
