harasment now ended

phone call today regarding some complaints i have had and good news.

1. all complaints upheld against dwp
2. compensation to be paid
3. i am exempt from pca
4. i did not have to attend any mediacl
5. benifits will not be stopped
6 serrious case of maladministration
7. ayos and dwp have no medical eviodence that my condtion has impooved

but its not over yet, i intend to take further action when i recover for what has happend to me over past 3 months nearly.

i told you i would not give up

hope not now as i have a named contact high up, he has guranteeed that i will be told i am exepmt from the pca in writing.

one staff member is on "leave" what ever that implys.
