Confused

I am waiting for an appeal date at the moment, sent all relavent paper work in.Now i have recieved another form to fill in a Limited capability for work questionnaire .My Incapacity Benefit was stopped in July after failing the medical and scoring 1 point. So why have i recieved this form. Not on any benefits at the moment as i can't claim for anything.Thankyou

If you are on IB and it is stopped, you can claim ESA whilst you appeal, but I thought that usually you had to actively apply for it.

Survivor. I have already applied for Esa as a new claim but it was refused.

How peculiar. I'm at a loss as to why you've got it, but I'm not doing very well today at finding the answers to stuff, so hopefully one of my fellow moderators will do better than me on this one, too.

Thanks again. Was going to phone them to ask why have i recieved this Form. But whenever i phone them they never seem to know the answers, which just stress's me even more. I have made an appointment to see some one from Citezans Advice to help me fill in the form,But i was just wondering if anyone know's why i have recieved this.
