I dont know of anyone getting a supersession just on a letter, I would expect a form I got one, I did NOT fill in the mobility just wrote no change on each page .. then filled in the care section .. sent it off with three reports from differnt consultants and a list of about 9 others I said they could write to for any information they liked to get ... and just for good measures 2 differnt nurse led teams too .. had a very fast turn round.. only found out afterwards only 3% of about 180,000 dla requests for supersession end up worse off

Thank you are you sure its ok just to put no change I have been on high rate motability for 10 years.
