Tribunal complaints

as many of you will know, i was turned down at my appeal last year. the upper tribunal sided with me and i get my new appeal in a few weeks.

early this year, i made a complaint to the tribunal service about the way the doctor conducted himself and that the judge there took 16 weeks to send me my staitment of reasons (he left the country to live)

anyway, would anyone know why the tribunal would say i would not get the results till after my next tribunal?

Upper Tribunals rarely substitute their own decision, for a First tier tribunal.

The norm is to send it back to a new First tier tribunal, who will give you a complete rehearing of your claim.

thanks. but the point being, they won't give me the results of my complaint till after my next appeal. looking at the letter from them, they have done the investigation last august.

Can I ask if you've considered complaining to the General Medical Council about this doctor? In fact, has anyone tried this with relation to these so-called medicals?

yes i am. but, i need info from the tribunal service first. and, they won't let me have it untill after my next appeal

i made a complaint to the GMC last year about the atos doctor i saw in july 09. they just didn't want to know

so far today, i have ased the tribunal 3 times why they will not give me the results of my complaint regarding the last appeal i had last year.

3 times, the reply has avoided the answer and said i would get the reply AFTER i have my next appeal.

my complaint was regarding the conduct of doctor.
