The letter would appear to be contradictory, as you can't be in the WRAG and receive the support 'allowance' which is probably a slip for component.
I don't know when you claimed ESA, but if you are one of the fortunate claimants and have had their medical assessment within thirteen weeks, the 26 November may be the fourteen week date when the appropriate component takes effect.
I don't think that you have any option but to contact the JCP/BD office which handles your claim, and ask for a clarification of the contents of the letter.

Thankyou ~ I claimed ESA after my stat sick pay from my employer ended on 25th August and had the medical on 13th Oct, so it seems to fall within the 13 weeks. Will contact the JCP tomorrow just to clarify. If i claim for DLA would i have to have another medical or would the details of my recent medical be enough for them to decide on a DLA claim?
Thanks again

In the letter you received, there should be a page which details how your allowance has been worked out.
If the component included with ESA is £25.95 then you have been placed in the WRAG, but if it is £31.40 then you are in the support group from week fourteen.
Insofar as any claim to DLA is concerned there is no way of knowing if an ESA medical assessment will suffice to determine an award of DLA? More about this subject can be read in my response in this thread HERE.
