Does anyone know if you fail an ATOS test and want to go to an appeal can you apply for a subject data request from ATOS and they then have to supply all the information they have on you.

Hi,

A Subject Access request is a request to ask the DWP or other agency for a copy of the information they hold on you under the Data Protection Act of 1998.

Hope this helps.

Jim
