Incapacity Benefit Tribunal

Hi there,

I just wanted to encourage people with 0 points not to give up. Yesterday I had my tribunal, after seven months of waiting, and was awarded 25 points! I got 0 points at my original medical! I have RSI and back problems.

I put the evidence together myself with guidance from the CAB, and supporting information from my GP.

I attended the tribunal with my husband and answered the questions honestly. The doctor asked many questions since there is no 'clinical evidence' of my problems.

However I won thru in the end!
