Appeal looming - leter today was created by Louise
Have got my appeal hearing at 1.30pm today at the local magistrates court (which already feels very intimidating).
Was feeling fine until now and feel like I am going to crumple - guess this is normal - but it feels so bloody horrible.
Am hoping to get into supoort group on grounds of incontinence and mental health issues - all of which the Atos doctor ignored!Have 18 points so think I only need a few more? Here's hoping.
Don;t they think being disabled and sick is stressful enough without all these extra hops and hurdles?!
Wish me tons of luck!

Hi Louise
Wishing you all the best. If its any help to you i nly received 9 points at medical but at appalo was placed into support group. I didnt actually get to tribunal it was overturned a week before. Like you incontinance had not been tken into consideration. Go for it, try not to be nervous, tell them as it is. I know it can be embarrassing but remember you will never see these people again!!!!
Good luck

Hi
To get into the support group a separate test (LCWRA Assessment) is applied which is not based on points. You can find details of it on page 26 of the Understanding ESA guide.
