DLA renewal - not sure to appeal

I've been awarded LRC again which I am rather disappointed in and feel rather depressed considering the effort I put into it.
Of course I am grateful I have LRC (for being unable to cook a meal) but don't know if it is worth the effort/stress of appealing. My award is for 2 years, last time was for 18 months.
I have CFS/ME and do not go out on my own, can't walk far, get dizzy upon standing and forget to take medication, eat, wash, etc etc unless reminded to do so. This was all on the form.
Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you,

After using the helpful advice on here I completed the DLA renewal form (long version) with lots of detail and far more than the original form 18 months ago which was done with help from the CAB.

Hi,
Although we cannot give individual advice on a forum such as this, you really do need to get some face to face advice from an adviser who can go through your claim in depth and assess both the safety of your current award and the possiibility of any increase.
You can obtain such help via this link:
