DLA RENEWAL was created by jacqueline snooks
Thank you for the help and advice you give in your information emails and forums etc,i rceived my DLA renewal notice in July 2010,i read all your information and used it to complete the short version of the renewal form.
I did submit letters from my consultant and care team,in less than 5 weeks i received an award notice which left me with the same DLA amounts i have received for years.
I am extremley pleased with the result and can live a lot more happier than i did waiting for the result.Once again Thank You.

Hi Jacqueline,

Sorry, only just spotted your post.

Congratulations on getting your award maintained, people who receive the short DLA form are essentially being used as guinea pigs, so it's always good to hear from people who kept their award.
