Tribunal Service is making mistakes

The tribunal service are making a string of mistakes with my appeal. I've got missing pages of evidence, yet despite sending them letters ( all signed for ), emails and constant phone calls, I never receive a reply ?

How can I get a response from these people. After years, I was finally looking at light in the end of the tunnel only to find they have made more mistakes which will see my 2nd appeal adjourned again.

The DWP were well organised compared to this dept .

Hi Doris

What a nightmare for you. I have read in other posts that when they sign for recorded delivery letters that they sign for a batch not just 1 letter!!! Its so frustrating its bad enough having to go to tribunal, you get yourself prepared for it to be ajourned. Dont they think we have enough to deal with having a disability without having to put up with continuous errors. Has it definately been ajourned if not couldnt you take this evidence with you and hand it to them personally? Not much chnceof it going missing then lol!!!!!

Take care we are all bhind you
Mm

I've waited a year for the tribunals service to photocopy 80 pages of evidence supplied to them over a year ago, and to distribute it to all party's. So I'm expecting my 2nd appeal date any day ( within the next 8 weeks no doubt ). But missing pages in the evidence is virtually an automatic adjournment, so I'm trying to sort it before the appeal. Not to mention I have another ten pages to submit as well !

I noticed over on rightsnet a major gripe about the same issues from the WRO's who post on there. They all appear to be having the same issues citing Birmingham Tribunals Office as in chaos.

They are overworked and the problems will only get worse as the workload increases.
