Hi Banty

Work-focussed interiews, also called Pathways interviews, are common these days for claimants receiving certain benefits, including Incapacity Benefit, so I doubt there's anything unusual about you being called to one, and the fact that you've never been called to a "medical" doesn't mean you shouldn't have been called to a wfi. For more information about these wfi's please click on the following link to our detailed guide on them, Pathways interviews

Hope this helps.

KInd regards

Mr B :)

Hi
Click on the link below the forum in the yellow box that says 'help for claiments'. Then go to the bottom of that page and click the link that says 'work'. The next page should have a link saying 'knowing your rights at pathways to work interviews'.
Hope this helps.

Sorry the link didn't work Banty - it did when I tested it immediately after posting the reply! Many thanks Pen for providing an alternative route to this info.

Please let us know Banty if you have any further difficulty accessing this.

Kind regards

Mr B :)
