Got a letter this morning from the DWP, a medical independant appeal tribunal had been held without my knowledge and the original result that I was 100% fit and go back to work has been overturned and I have been placed in the Work related activity group and I had a nice sum deposited in my bank for about 6 months benefit. After I submitted my appeal I bombarded the DWP with medical reports and future appointments and gave my GP a copy of the so called medical result which he was a tad angry about and also to my neurosurgeon and pain specialist at Guys. It pays to be persistant.
