I receive a war pension set @ 70%. I have been in receipt of a pension since 1999. Since 2003 I have been unable to work. One condition I receeve my pension for is short-term memory loss. Over the years I have suffered further conditions. I have recently been diagnosed with Diabetes Insipidus. It is a very rare ilness (1 in 25000). Not having suffered from any of the main causes, there is one other possible cause: Uranium waste.
I have filed a claim with SPVA for this condition.
The question is: Will SPVA just consider this condition, as another attributable condition, or will they look at all my other conditons again, thus in theory, jepodising the 70%?
