And my DLA has been refused again after being reconsidered.
I was greeted with a big pile of papers in a brown envelope this morning. Apparently they refused me on the 17th of this month.
It grates me incessantly that they can come to these decisions without even giving me a medical or seeing me, yet my ESA medical I had in May backs everything I said in the DLA form up.
I shall try to keep my soapbox away though!
I know this is probably how long is a piece of string question but are the tribunal people likely to write to me quite soon with a date (I know that the date could be months away) or will it usually be a case of them writing to me in a few weeks/months with a date that's reasonably close to the date of the letter?
I'm really poorly today so I'll go and read the members section about appeals hopefully in a few days when I'm well enough to sit comfortably and concentrate on it.
Let battle commence
