Letter to be handed in by claimant was created by lannan
'Letter to be handed in by claimant at the end of personal capability medical assessment, requesting a copy of the report.'

Briefly, who do I hand this letter to, the medical examiner or the receptionist?

Many thanks.

Hi Iannan,

I would hand it to the health professional. But bear in mind that there is no possibility that they will actually supply you with a copy of the medical report. The purpose is simply to strengthen your case at appeal if you wish to argue that the report may have been altered after it was originally created.

Good luck,

steve

Atos will tell you that it has nothing to do with them and you will most likely have to post it to your DWP department dealing with your claim. They say that they do not have access to the reports to be able to print them off.
