My first post so I hope I get it right. My partner and I, both on IS single rate, plan to move in together, so will have to go on to IS at couples' rate. BUT will this be counted as a new claim, therefore forcing us both to go on to 'Pathways to Work', which neither of us feel well enough to do? Or would we completely reassessed for ESA? Hoping somebody has recent experience of this.
