new dla rules

In the treasury document Benefits and Work mention claimants 'of working age' are touched on but what about existing claimants who will be over working age by 2013 and still entitled to DLA? Or even those who are already over working age and in receipt of DLA? Is there any information as to how these people will be affected? Would be very interested to hear the views on this aspect.

At this stage it looks like they won't be affected by the new rules, at least not for the life of this parliament.

But as yet there's no certainty about anything.
