Surely the only people that can do that are telecoms suppliers and people with a relevant court order?
Why is it worrying you? Is there anything others could reassure you over?

HI I have just been reading about you
ringing Atos.
As far as i Know 141 cannot be traced other
than by BT who will not do this without a
court order.
You have not stated why you rang them i
must tell you that i have a freind who works for Atos and they do record some calls. My advice to you is be carefull its
not best practice to phone them your better
ringing the benefits equirey line its free
and you dont have to give details. I also
would if they ring you be polite and ask
can they please write to you as you have
dificult problems useing the phone and this
also allows you to refer to any forms which
you should have kept copies hope this is of
