Just got the result of my Atos 'Medical' seemed more interested in what TV progs I watched, couldn't be botherd to look at 20 pages of medical reports I put in front of her. I'm registered 30% disabled by Atos 3 years ago for life, got full motability and medium care DLA had to give up work last July as I have a rare form of MS and nerve demyelination, can hardly walk, lost the use of my left arm, have no chance of bending/kneeling etc as I have 3 serious spinal stenosis. Guess what my score was?
6.
Now if I go back to work and am seriously incapacitated because of work, can I sue Atos?

You could try and sue the DWP as Atos are their subcontractors if you subsequently became seriously incapacitated because of being found fit for work, but the normal course of action would be to lodge an appeal against the adverse decision.
