My DLA application has been rejected on the basis of my Atos Healthcare ESA Medical Report carried out in Jan 2010. ESA application at Appeal stage awaiting Tribunal Hearing, however, Atos Healthcare medical report being reviewed by Tier 2 Complaints Level after long protracted correspondence regarding incorrect recorded statements by HCP "nurse" in medical report. All my correspondence to Atos Healthcare copied to Tribunal Services and Tribunal Services hearing placed on hold. Tribunal Judge issued Notice Direction for Tribunal Services to get my GP notes 2005-2010 and Health Professional reports at Tribunal Services cost. It has taken 4 month to get to this stage - my mental health has deterorated and now back on anti-psychotic medication Now other DWP Department using Atos Healthcare misleading medical report - looks like a DLA Appeal Anyone had similar problems??
I had someone who works full time helping people with benefits applications help me fill in an ESA form very recently. I told him I had just had a medical for DLA, and he said the DWP would look at that med report when assessing me for ESA. So I guess they look at any info they have on you.
