Adult with ADHD main meal

adult with ADHD gets lower rate care because they cant sort every thing out to make a meal ... the claim is due to end soon and they are expecting the renewal paperwork

i helped fill in the paperwork and kept a copy of what was put .... which was not very much but it must have been right as it was allowed first time no problems

I cant find the copy anywhere could someone aim me to where there is an example of the sort of thing you have to write so as to get across the problems someone with adhd has making the main meal

they have copies of the medical report still from the hospital which says they are an adult with adhd and are under a consultant at the Adult ADHD Service

Go to members section, there is a best possible for DLA claims, main meal situation is there.

I think you can also ask for a copy of a previous form if you need to?
