It sounds as if you need some specialist welfare advice. Services are under huge stress at the moment - but see if you can get a Citizen's Advice Bureau appointment in your area

www.alzheimers.org.uk/ If your condition has deteriorated from your last review, if you are able to ring the DWP, you could put in for a change of circumstances and tell the person the information over the phone. But I would speak to the alzheimers society first and see if someone could assist you with this.
