Hi Everyone, I contacted the CAB (HTC) line, and spoke with a very nice person, I informed her of my situation, and was told that as they deemed my case as complex they would have to speak to a Supervisor, but it may take some time as the Supervisors are very busy. but it could be later that day, if not the following day at lunchtime. Unfortunately I have not been contacted at all, and now I dont know what is the best course of Acton to take? I was told not to call the help line by the person I spoke to or it would just restart everything all over again, and would still get to the point when a Supervisor would need to look at it, My deadline date is the 16 may, and if I cannot get the help I need as CAB dont seem to have a number to call in relation to enquiries about (HTC) Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Hi Navigator

I think there is some confusion here. Yes you can phone Citizens Advice Help to Claim again without negative consequences and I would do it today.
