I've just read an interesting paper produced by Citizens Advice titled:

I found it really interesting and I wondered if it's worth including it on your B&W site for anyone interested in reading it, or maybe just placing a link to it on the site?
Citizens Advice put this paper together based on interviews with claimant advisers and claimants regarding their experiences with work coaches and vice versa and how these could change for the better for all claimants, advisers and work coaches.
Citizens Advice summarises at the end of the paper a series of recommendations for big improvements the government and the DWP could implement to make life better for all in the worlds of work and benefits.
