Hi Ianeif2,
The DWP have agreed a contract with Citizens Advice Help to Claim to assist in the UC Managed Migration.
You will see on the Managed Migration letter their details on page 2 so you can phone them and get assistance if you so wish.

Sorry, last question. Should I wait to get the migration letter or are we being encouraged to phone CA before getting the migration letter? I'm confused.

You may not receive your migration letter for several months and then you are given 3 months to make the UC claim. So I would wait until you receive the letter before contacting Citizens Advice.
