TRANSFER FROM ESA SUPPORT GROUP, TO DREADED UNCIVERSAL CREDIT

HAD THE LETTER, applied by deadline. was asked to bring evidence, of I.D, passport, Utility Bull, bank statement etc for a telephone appointment. How do you bring those to a "telephone assessment" I had already explained a telephone assessment is not something i am able to do. This is because, i previously worked for DWP for 20 years & my job role was switched to a Admin Office to basically a call centre. * hours abuse all day every day, my girlfriend at the time lived 80 miles away and the stress of a 3 hour drive to her, then 3 hours in the morning just to face abuse all day, lead me to attempt suicide. I have reported this to my MP & the matter has now been referred to Barbara Bradley, Directctor General for DWP works & health at DWP on my behalf. I am sick and tired of constantly being harrassed. I will let you know any result. I AM NOT trying to avoid the assessment. I was told it would be simple & just transferred using my ESA &PIP claiminfo. Obviously not. Has anyone else had yetanother bad issue with the transfer to UC???

what is a Biograohical test please?? and what does it entail, i was offerred a home visit but still awaitig for them to reply to me that i want my migration done as a peper exercise

thanks David, ive no idea what year and month i claimed, PIP, its been several yea &rsthey should be able to access all information. How do i find this information myself??? The migration was meant to be straight forward but as usual they are making things difficult, especially people with mental health,anxiety and depression disorders.
