Telephone issues - Any communication that is social communication that cannot be done on the telephone largely due to lack of social skills, can points be picked up under communicating verbally activity (7) or can you only get points for poor social verbal communication under face to face activity (9)
For the most part, communication difficulties seem to divide into two main areas - physical problems such as deafness, throat problems etc or comprehension problems caused by learning difficulties, autism or mental health problems. Sometimes problems can be caused by fatigue. Some health issues do of course aggravate underlying anxiety.
