I've had some recent cognitive testing at the memory clinic, diagnosed with a memory impairment, should I try and send some information about interpreting the results / scores as this is not on the letter, or not? Thanks
I can't tell you what to do here. If you are currently being reviewed and you believe it is important that they understand the results - then send it in, but if you have a letter that has identified you have a memory impairment - should that not be enough?
