Thanks John. This does at least make me more determined to continue with the claim and to highlight any issues and complain whenever I need to.
We have a reasonable result for now in any case, in that the JC+ have not capitulated about the immediate need to attend a work-related interview at their office. They will though be waiting for the returned health questionnaire and the result of the work capability assessment before making any longer term decision. So I'll be going through the guide and using all the skill I can muster to get the form completed.
