Thank you, my spelling is awful and typos everywhere, i apogolise for that and hope the gist if it is there, i meant to say Quality of life not lie lol in my message, my hands get bad when typing.
But its been a long process, first with getting my daughters PIP and now the Lcwra, she has the dwp support and the JC support officially and so far touch wood everyone has been really supportive of us, and its because of our honesty and our medical evidence and keeping it updated on a regular basis, explaining like daily life limitations, and medical support, medication, autism, people avoidance and mutism and mobility disability being wheelchair ambulatory bound everything in mi-nute detail. It was esssas worth of typing and done over a month a bit at a time each day so it was ready for when we applied for the PIP and the uc50 form.
Assessment wise, make bullet points to remember the details when on the phone (speakerphone). Keep it professional, and to the point, bw graphic if nessecary about things like constipation etc and gastro conditions, don't be shy, they need to know everything relevant and will write it down word for word.
Remember to request it be recorded as soon as you get the apointment letter.
Our appt was telephone based due to disabilities and panic disorder with going out and new places etc as on medical record for years.
We had DWP cone to our home for ten minutes to full the appointee form out and that was it, all official, above board and all filed away now for any future reviews to make it easier for us.

Hope this helps abit if you find yourself in the same boat.

Hi SherryCatMum

You have nothing to apologise for. Your spelling is just fine, and you didn't make typos. Anyone can understand what you say, and your experience and advice are priceless.
