Hi, I am confused. I receive pip and ESA, and there is a newspaper story that I have to look out for a letter to move to uc in September. I haven’t had a letter yet. The story says benefits will be stopped at Christmas. 1. Does that mean both ESA and pip stop if I can’t get the form done on time. 2. Also, what if the letter does not come?
PIP will not stop but will carry on until you are next reviewed, unless you have a time limited claim.
All legacy claimants should have received an transitional letter by the end of December 2025, if you receive B&W free news letter it will give you an update .
If you are worrying about your claim then seek advice from your local Welfare Rights Organisation to help put your mind at ease. advicelocal.uk
