I am waiting for a PIP review form. I am confident that I can fill this in but have concerns as to how to explain my assistance dog on the form and having a cat (she is blind and never comes home, but calms the dog)

How the hell do I explain that within the form?

Maybes explain how it affects you with worry/concern ?

Post approved anyways, maybes one of the other claimants has experienced something similar and can offer advice.
