Hi, just had a letter off dwp,, stating that my partner receives carerd allowance, that the severe disability premium will no longer be eligible? Totally confused as why stopping, was ok under I, S, is this a UC thing? Any advise please will be welcome
You will find that UC is different from the Legacy Benefits ( such as Income Support ) and one of the changes is that there aren't any premiums at all in UC. Let me know if you have any other queries.
