My pip phone assessment was cancelled today as I took too long and went off subject or had recall issues so I was advised terminated by them and I should get appointee to talk bulk of it and I talk rest so both have to phone together to make it happen they will not simply send out forms for us to sign. Is this a bad thing to happen and will I be worse off now not helping anxiety any advice is welcome please?
I'm sorry that you had difficulties during the assessment and they ended it. They won't send out a form for you to sign, because that's not how the system works, but they could do a paper-based assessment and make a judgement without even speaking to you. If you feel they have enough paper evidence, then I would ask them - why they can't do this. Unfortunately, no one has a right to a paper-based assessment, but I would say that you feel you are being discriminated against because you have recall issues, which is due to your disabilities.
