I rung to ask for evidence of entitlement for ESA Support Group which they said will be sent. Then I received a missed call from a DWP number and now a text message has arrived saying they called about “your work capability assessment”. I haven’t been sent a form for a WCA, so I’m wondering why they might be ringing. I don’t want to have to speak to them if I can avoid it. Am I safe to just wait for a letter to arrive do people think? Thanks
