think I have read somewhere that if you can do the activity 50% of the time you can answer yes to answer E in mobility.
I am really confused, I had lower mobility years ago and lost it. I have tried to claim under mobility answering D. But if the answer of above 50% of the time can or can not do the activity I could answer E?
First thing, the rule is not 50% of the time but rather the majority of days, be careful in how you use this as 51% (or even 57%) of a week does not meet the criteria.
As to the Descriptors. Descriptors (d) and (f) are considered to be mutually exclusive from (e), you cannot score for one without fundamentally undermining any reasons you have for scoring for for the other.
So, you need to consider which you meet on the majority of days; (d) or (e) and then provide testimony and evidence to support your argument.
