Date on PIP renewal pack was created by Orangeblossom
I just got a PIP renewal pack and it says 'when we last looked at your claim in 2014' but this is wrong. I started claiming PIP in 2014, but there have been two reviews since then.
I'm a bit confused by it, do you know what this is about is it a mistake? Thanks.

Sounds like a mistake to me Organgeblossom. I can't see that it can be one which matters if the problems you are having now are much the same as they were in 2014. If the level of your award has changed in that time it might be worth including a statement of fact within your review form.
