Will Enhanced Rates of ADP affect my irESA? was created by stripes
After a review I have been moved from Standard Rates of ADP care and mobility to Enhanced Rates. I have been in the Support Group of ESA for many years. Will my ESA be affected by my increased ADP award? Could this be classed as a Change of Circumstance which will trigger an ESA review or forced migration to Universal Credit? I am, as always, worried.

Hi stripes
Welcome to the forum.
You might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is; www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/faq/forum.
By the sound of your post I would say no to both of your questions.
As you are in receipt of IR ESA and in the support group then you would already have been eligible for the extra premiums depending on your circumstances (enhanced disability and severe disability premiums).
EDP: if you are in receipt ESA support or PIP D/L enhanced
SDP: the SDP became payable from the first day that all three of the following applied.
1. You had an award of ESA and we’re receiving or were entitled to receive Income Related ESA or Pension Credit.
2. You had an award of PIP Daily Living
3. You met the criteria for payment of the SD Premium, namely that you lived alone or were considered to be living alone and no one receives Carers Allowance against your PIP award.
