ESA to UC migration was created by teresasue
Hi there just read todays e mail about migration again. I am concerned (early i know) but i am my sons Official Appointee - i did all his previous forms etc. He is in the Support Group. But when i have to do all this migration and online will i be able to do it as his Official Appointee as he wouldn't be able to. Help please

In principle yes, however, we have seen the DWP want to reassess the appointeeship when UC is claimed.
