Good evening everyone. So grateful for this website. My dad has had a stroke and I have supported him in completing a work capability assessment and a PIP form. All done and sent back BUT I've just realised that on the additional sheets (doctors letters etc) I forgot to put his National Insurance number at the top of each page as directed. What shall I do x
It wouldn't do you any harm to let the PIP enquiry line know - but hopefully they'll have the common sense to be able to link everything on the forms by name, address, DOB etc.
