I'm not sure what you're asking. If I lock a post - it means no one can comment at all (including yourself).
If you're asking, if I can keep a post private - so only you can see it - we try not to do that. We ask people not to put in any personal information that could identify them. We don't want to answer something privately for an individual member when someone else might have a similar question.
