I currently receive points for the Food question on PIP. I will be migrating to ADP in the coming months and have had a look at the form. It asks if I can use a microwave. I don't recall the question on the PIP form, was it there and I just don't remember?
So my question is that if I answer yes I can use a microwave will they take the points off me? I feel that preparing and cooking a meal is alot more difficult/impossible than just shoving something in the microwave for a few mins.
ALso, at this present moment in time I don't have a microwave. Mine stopped working. I will replace it when I can afford it. But if I still dont have one by the time I have to fill in the form do I still say I can use a microwave even though I dont actually have one>
The criteria for PIP and ADP are the same at the moment, please don't assume my terminology suggests that changes are being suggested this is not the case.
So, my question back to you would be, did you lose points when last assessed for PIP in regard to your using a microwave? If you did not then it is reasonable to assume that you should not now.
