I am on DLA and I haven't received the uprated letter either. Last year they sent it in April, so I have the suspicion that it will be the same this year. In fact April might be our new time frame as opposed as February. Hopefully soon we will receive our letter! Have a great Easter.
I received my PIP upgrade letter dated 10 March on 13 April. I have yet to receive a letter to do with an upgrade to CB ESA (Support Group). Things are certainly running late.
