I might have to change my drs surgery being out of the 3 mile catchment area slightly . Just found out it works out a total of 3.3 miles If my drs say they cant keep me on their list & i have to move would that effect my legacy benefits Esa & Housing benefit ? Under change of circumstances with a new doctors surgery would i have to move to universal credit or would i be ok . thanks Vic
No, moving Dr's is not a change in circumstances that will affect your benefits. If you move local authority then that may affect legacy benefits, depend on which legacy benefits you were claiming, it is usually claimants claiming housing benefit.
