PIP Change of Circumstances was created by Lynz
I want to to appeal against my PIP decision for the mobility component, because of a change in my circumstances, can I write to say there has been no changes to my daily living, but would ask for the mobility to be reconsidered, based on the information I have added regarding tge change?

You can - you'll need to request an MR, and fill in your reasons why you're contesting this.
