Pip Video Review

Hello I’ve been on highest rate on Both Pip for last 6 yrs.Previous 2 reviews home visits.I had a video review done about 3 weeks ago and received letter today saying I got no points so now nothing.Everything I told her she’s lied and reported complete opposite to what I said .Luckily I had witness here with me.She’s shocked by the lies.I was talking to a blank screen during most of review apparently normal when she looking at my information.Then cut of 5 mins back in online waiting room,then when she came back on no explanation why screen had gone blank.She then started from beginning and asked all questions over again only this time faster.She even wouldn’t except me telling her I had to pee in a bucket because I can’t get to downstairs toilet quick enough.I’ve been diagnosed with heart problem and small vessel disease of the brain which is causing incontinence issues.I had 3 discs replaced in my neck Dec 22 arthritis throughout my spine.I waited 5yrs for that which they knew about.I had 2/3 my stomach removed 15yrs ago so that’s not easy to cope with.I was expecting a light touch but it seems they trying to get as many people off Pip as possible.They even know I took an overdose few years back.Losing my wife at 40 and constant health issues take its toll.So I’m hoping for some advice.I should say we did only record voices only during interview which would prove everything she said was lies.I’m really not sure legality of that so don’t know what to do .I’m definitely going to appeal as its how 2 people can come to my home both award me maximum Pip then someone on a video call can lie and take it all away.Thank you for your time

Thank you for your reply.I’ve contacted citizens advice they’re going to help me..I got letter today saying I have to return car by Jan 12th..This is so unfair,it’s completely based on lies of Capita assessor.I made a voice recording and when we played it back,she’s told DWP nothing like what I told her.So now I’ll be without a vehicle and be worse off dramatically for me until I can take this to an appeal and prove this person wrong..Merry Xmas hey.Thank you again Nigel

Latest update.Since my last post.I made a formal complaint to CAPITA.
Unsurprisingly due to fact that Video assessment wasn’t recorded by themselves ,the person who did my review couldn’t remember anything. They were unable to confirm or deny anything I had told this person.
So there’s no further action on there end, what a joke.
But due to further information from Capita ,DWP reinstated me on lower the rate daily living but nothing for mobility. I didn’t give Capita any further information.
Something I suppose getting some financial help.
I cannot accept this decision, it’s based on the lies Capita wrote in my review.
I would rather lose everything than allow this to happen.
I will be given my [Day in Court]to tell them exactly what I told this expert from Capita.
This highly trained person who even with supplied letters from specialists diagnosing me with
my Illnesses.They decided they no better and there’s nothing wrong with me.
Citizens Advice helped me log an appeal online, so I’m now waiting to hear from that.
It’s shocking what they put people through who are genuinely ill.Life is hard enough has it is without all this stress.
I will not let them do this to me without a fight.
