ESA 50, question on communicating question

Hi
I'm currently helping my partner fill out an ESA 50 from, She suffers with Body Dysmorphic Disorder which we have explained her difficulties at length on separate sheets, concerning the "Mental" abilities section
The thing is that part of her Disorder is that she finds it extremely difficult to meet people and talk to strangers and will avoid it if she can.
I've just got round to looking at the question about Communication in the "Physical" section.
My question is, would it be reasonable to put that she has problems talking to people in the Communication section, even though she can physically speak to people, thus saying that she may have a problem communicating a message to someone, because of her fear of talking to people, or is this question solely about being able to talk or not.

Hi Rocco1504

Have a look at pages 58-60 of the guide - which addresses communication. I would definitely say you should be completing it. The guide covers the ability to be able to speak to strangers.
